All I have to say is thank goodness for rest days!!! Day 3's workout was the same as Day 1, but maybe it's the build-up of the last few days - my legs are extremely sore today!
It's a good feeling though, knowing that I am working to get myself into better shape and having that finish line in sight!

TGFRD! (Thank Goodness for Rest Days) and in my case a rest week! LOL. :) I took it easy on the training last week b/c of my neck. I went to a massage therapist and am back 100% and feel like a new woman!
